If you have received the DOB comments on DOB NOW, you can see the comments under the objections/appointments tab as indicated below. After you have checked all the comments the big question is, How to download the marked-up plans with comments? Apparently, there is no link to download the comments within objections/appointments.
For comments, you have to go to the documents. Within it, you will see an item under the name Plans/Sketch. Under document status, plans/sketch is marked as rejected. Click it, and it will open the pdf in another tab, which you can download.
